Questions & answers
Is this a physical watch?
No. Ege Tactical is a digital watch face that you install on a compatible Garmin watch through Connect IQ. Nothing is shipped.
What exactly am I paying for?
A one-time Premium activation code for one watch. The watch face itself installs free from Connect IQ with a 72-hour trial. When the trial ends, the premium data area shows “TRIAL ENDED / PREMIUM / UNLOCK” — the main time stays visible.
Is the Watch ID my watch's serial number?
No. The Watch ID is created by the watch face and shown in its settings in the Connect IQ app. It is not the serial number on the box or in device info.
How fast do I get my code?
Within 48 hours. Codes are prepared manually for your Watch ID and sent to the email you use at checkout. You can enter the code before or after the trial ends.
Can I use one code on two watches?
No. A code unlocks Ege Tactical on the watch it was made for. For a second watch, buy a second unlock with that watch's Watch ID.
Why is weather temperature different from sensor temperature?
Weather temperature comes from Garmin weather data. Watch sensor temperature comes from the watch's own sensor and is affected by body heat on your wrist, so it won't match the outside air. You can show both in different bottom fields. If weather data isn't available the field shows -- (it does not switch to the sensor automatically).
Sunrise, sunset or weather isn't showing. What can I do?
Weather depends on Garmin services your watch supports and on the connection. Starting a GPS activity outdoors until location is found, then returning to the watch face and syncing, often helps. Missing values can show as blank or --.
Will my watch show colors?
On compatible color screens you can pick from 9 accent colors and 9 time colors. Black-and-white Instinct screens stay black and white. It's normal for the same face to look different on different watches.
Which languages are supported?
Day and month names follow your watch's supported languages. The settings and Premium activation instructions are in English.
